1.The installation location of the equipment should be ventilated,less dusty and dry,and avoid high temperature,humidity,and direct sunlight;

2.The equipment shall be dust-removed during the maintenance process,and dust shall be removed by using electric brushes and vacuum cleaners;

3.If the protective lead curtain element or connector is found to be loose,it should be tightened immediately;

4.If the parts are corroded,replace them in time;

5.If any parts are damaged,find out the cause,and replace the new equipment after troubleshooting.After the equipment is replaced,the relevant parameters should be adjusted before it can be used normally;

6.​​During maintenance,in order to prevent leakage or accidents,foreign objects or water are not allowed to enter the equipment.

1.Check the power indicator.When the device is powered on,the yellow indicator light is on.

2,check the x-ray indicator.When the ray is emitted,the red indicator light is on.

3.Check the emergency stop button,press any emergency stop button,the equipment will be powered off immediately.If it is not reset,the device cannot be restarted.

4.Before starting the security inspection machine,check the electrical control buttons.The radiation stop button can disconnect the power of the radiation controller.If the key switch becomes less sensitive,it needs to be replaced in time.

5.Check all the keys on the keyboard and their corresponding functions.Press the zoom key,the image can be zoomed.Press the image processing key to change the displayed image accordingly.

6.Check whether the protective lead curtain is intact.

7.Check the travel switch on the detection box and collimator.Remove any cover plates to prevent the emission of rays.

8.Check whether the conveyor belt deviates from the motor.

9.Check whether the cooling fan can work normally,and remove the dust on the protective net and bracket.
